Normative Instruction No. 6, Of 9 March 2004

NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION N° 25 OF JULY 19, 2016 - MAPA

The following areas are declared free of Classical Swine Fever (CSF): states of Acre, Bahia, Federal District, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Rondônia, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Sergipe, Tocantins and the municipalities of Guajará, Boca do Acre, south of the municipality of Canutama and southwest of the municipality of Lábrea, which belong to the state of Amazonas.

To approve the CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER, which shall be effective throughout the national territory, as provided for in the Annex to this Normative Instruction

NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION 31, DATED WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2015

The Immuno-Enzyme Assays (ELISA) to test for antibodies of the Classical Swine Fever virus in Suidae to comply with the surveillance programs, according to the legislation in force, will be performed by the National Agricultural Laboratories (LANAGRO) and by public laboratories approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply.

To incorporate into the national legal framework the "Zoosanitary Requisites of the States Party for importation of Pigs for Breeding" approved by MERCOSUR - CMG Resolution 16/13, in accordance with the appendix of this Normative Instruction.
